The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Adarsh Institute of Technology and Research Centre, Vita, plays a significant role in maintaining and improving the quality of education, administration, and overall institutional performance. Established in 2016, IQAC has been instrumental in implementing various quality enhancement initiatives. The institution successfully completed its 1st NAAC accreditation cycle from 2017 to 2022 and achieved its 2nd NAAC accreditation in 2024, which is valid for 5 years from 2024 to 2029. IQAC ensures the institution adheres to quality standards by facilitating key accreditations such as NAAC and ISO. It conducts various audits, including academic, administrative, energy, and green campus audits, to assess and improve institutional systems. IQAC also ensures effective coordination between students, teachers, and management to continuously evaluate and enhance facilities for students.

The IQAC actively promotes capacity-building programmes for students and faculty by organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions on quality-related themes and outcome-based education (OBE). Student induction programmes are regularly conducted to integrate new learners, and structured mentoring systems are implemented for their academic and personal growth. Initiatives like the Key Result Areas (KRA) and the Performance-Based Appraisal System (PBAS) have been introduced to align academic and administrative functions with institutional objectives. IQAC also focuses on environmental sustainability by conducting Energy Audits and Green Campus Audits to promote eco-friendly practices.

To foster a culture of innovation and research, the IQAC has established an Innovation Cell that motivates students and faculty to engage in innovative projects and file patents. Regularly held National Conferences, workshops, and seminars encourage collaborative learning and knowledge dissemination. The cell also emphasizes the preparation and timely submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to regulatory authorities. A structured feedback mechanism collects inputs from all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement in institutional performance.
